I’ve had nothing but great service from this dealership, Mary the service writer was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, however I paid extra when I purchased my vehicle for extended service Mary the service writer was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, however I paid extra when I purchased my vehicle for extended service which included a loaner if service had to keep my vehicle overnight which the did but service dept said they had no loaner cars available. Took my Super Duty in for a 10,000 mi service. The service advisor was extremely helpful and made sure that all the recommended service items were complete. Although we like our new used car the buying experience and post sale experience was less than optimal. We had some concerns after the sale, like they “threw out” the key for the locking lug nuts and basic and post sale experience was less than optimal. And the registration was out of date but the sale paperwork was supposed to reflect that it was paid up. Good thing I had the paperwork because the CHP asked to see it after they pulled me over for expired tags. More
We bought a Lincoln Corsair and did not have a great experience with the Lincoln side of the business unfortunately, however we ended up finalizing our purchase with the Ford end of the business and the experience with the Lincoln side of the business unfortunately, however we ended up finalizing our purchase with the Ford end of the business and they were great!
