Wow, what a bait and switch. They advertised a Sierra 1500 AT4 for 65K and i walked in ready to buy it. They start the workup on my trade and then tell me the website is wrong They advertised a Sierra 1500 AT4 for 65K and i walked in ready to buy it. They start the workup on my trade and then tell me the website is wrong and it’s actually 70K. They say they have had this issue for a while. Well, working in IT, I know things like that don’t go on for weeks. They lost a sale and a customer forever. This is an unscrupulous move to get people in the door. This is a textbook example of why people hate car dealers!! Do not waste your time with this place! More

We have the highest regards for McKenzie Buick, GMC. We negotiated the price of our new GMC Sierra, over the phone with Austin, who was willing to work with us to reach a fair deal. Upon arrival at the dealership, Jacob had the new Sierra ready for delivery and completed the remaining paperwork. We were afforded the opportunity to meet several of the staff members in management, finance and the service department.
