I can honestly say my experience at North County GMC was the quickest, easiest, and most enjoyable car buying process I’ve ever had—and I’ve bought a lot of cars! From the moment we arrived, Victor, our sal the quickest, easiest, and most enjoyable car buying process I’ve ever had—and I’ve bought a lot of cars! From the moment we arrived, Victor, our sales guy, was so warm and friendly that it felt like we had known him for years. I believe because of Victor speaking to Tim, the general manager, about our situation that this was the reason why things transpired into a great car buying experience. Tim and Victor truly went above and beyond to help get my husband into his dream truck—something we didn’t even think was possible. Victor had great communication with us the whole time. He was our middle man trying to coordinate everything for us and we are forever grateful. Then we met Alex, the sales manager, and he was extremely fair and transparent, which made us feel so comfortable. And to finish the whole process David in finance was so informative, helpful, and patient while explaining everything to us. What really stood out was how there was absolutely no pressure—just genuinely nice people working hard to make things happen for you. Their teamwork and kindness were unmatched, and I mean that! They had us waiting for a car wash when we were the only customers standing outside. we provided a 20 minute ETA and yet we still waited for the car wash. It wasn’t even dried. Nonetheless, I am a disappointed customer. More
North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no resolution. They damaged the vehicle’s wiring and still haven’t repaired the cluster unit. When I came to pick it up after 7 weeks, the battery was d resolution. They damaged the vehicle’s wiring and still haven’t repaired the cluster unit. When I came to pick it up after 7 weeks, the battery was dead, the vehicle wouldn’t start, and wiring for multiple electrical components was hanging out from under the dash and around the vehicle — with no explanation from the service writer. I’ve had to initiate every contact myself, as they’ve provided no updates. I raised all of this with the service writer and general manager over a week ago, but still no response or resolution. This van is a daily driver for our family, and their lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. More

My overall experience at this dealership was one of the most under whelming I've ever experienced at North County GMC Cadillac. I've purchased vehicles there before and this time I did not feel I was being most under whelming I've ever experienced at North County GMC Cadillac. I've purchased vehicles there before and this time I did not feel I was being accommodated or experiencing good customer service while there. My first sales person was condescending and talked me out of being a motivated Buyer and purchasing a vehicle while while at the dealership . After speaking to sales manager a couple of days later via phone, I went through with my purchase. When I went to pick up my vehicle that I purchased online, I didn't recieve salutations, friendly smiles or acknowledgment from the staff aside from the direct person (Karla Leyva) who was delivering my vehicle to me. She was attentative, friendly and not working in hast to get me out the door. Karla is a great asset to the dealership and should be recongnized by her dealership for her positive contribution to the company. More

I had an appointment for a simple oil change and general maintenance check up ,recalls ,updates etc… I arrived at 2 and 4 hours later nobody had a clue where my truck was or paperwork.service advisors didn’ maintenance check up ,recalls ,updates etc… I arrived at 2 and 4 hours later nobody had a clue where my truck was or paperwork.service advisors didn’t seem to care or were being very friendly.don’t care attitude.not very usual for this dealership.didn’t offered me any suggestions for my next service,I had to ask for my rewards gmc app to be add it .basically I was doing their job ,I had to ask for everything even at closing time .
