Zero if I could give it. IMHO and experience they are not a place I would recommend buying a car at. I bought a used car from them and literally within less than 24 hours engine codes started popping up. Then the convertible top fell apart. I can't even get the car to pass e-check to register it. Their response = too bad. The car stalls out randomly on the highway, or anywhere. It's dangerous and the response is a flippant "you need to have a mechanic take a look" and that comes from the GM at the top - Justin Harmon IMHO once they have your money, you're on your own, not moral, and not a way to run a business. Look at all the bad reviews recently. Overall, our experience was deeply disappointing. The only positive aspect was our interaction with the salesman—he was courteous and not overly aggressive in his approach. Unfortunately, everything beyond that was problematic. Just two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, two service lights appeared. When we contacted the dealership about it, their response was essentially, “That happens,” with little concern or accountability. We encountered additional issues regarding the vehicle’s title. Since we purchased the car outright, we paid a convenience fee for the dealership to handle sending the title. Despite having a full 45 days to complete this, we had to call three separate times to follow up, and they still failed to deliver it before the temporary registration expired. Each time we called, we received vague explanations like, “It got held up,” but no one could provide a clear reason for the delay.
