This is an amendment to my previous review. I took my vehicle back to the dealer to have it detailed and a dent taken care of. The interior of the car was detailed and the outside ws washed bu I took my vehicle back to the dealer to have it detailed and a dent taken care of. The interior of the car was detailed and the outside ws washed but still has what feels like a film on it. Anyway I was given my keys back and told everything was taken care of. I believed them. I drove home and looked where the dent was supposed to be taken care of and it wasn't even touched. So I called today looking for Jennifer and she is no where to be found. Might be off, might be ducking calls. Not sure but I am upset now. More

Upon arrival at McHugh we were greeted by Jennifer. I had an interest in a vehicle that I saw online. WE arranged for a meeting and Jennifer said she would have the vehicle ready to take for a test dri I had an interest in a vehicle that I saw online. WE arranged for a meeting and Jennifer said she would have the vehicle ready to take for a test drive. Everything was great. We decided to purchase the vehicle after test driving another one and looking at another. The process went seamlessly and after talking with the F&I gentleman we agreed on the terms. We voiced a couple of concerns and they were promptly taken care of. I brought the vehicle back in about a week to take care of the issues and not only did they fix them I was offered a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Thank you to the everyone at the dealership that made this happen. More

My experience with McHugh’s was a nightmare. Timeline of Issues 10/17/24: Bought a used truck. 10/18/24: Check engine light (P0087 code). 10/19/24: Found issues: overdue filters, faulty TP Timeline of Issues 10/17/24: Bought a used truck. 10/18/24: Check engine light (P0087 code). 10/19/24: Found issues: overdue filters, faulty TPMS sensors, leaking pinion seal, damaged tires, a speedometer off by 6 MPH, and barely functional wipers. 10/21–11/28/24: Returned the truck multiple times; McHugh’s failed to resolve the root issue (failing high-pressure fuel pump contaminating the system). They ignored prior diagnoses, performed superficial fixes, dismissed concerns, and were unprofessional. I’ve spent $4,628 on repairs, with $12,704 more needed. They refused fair reimbursement. Avoid McHugh’s unless you want costly repairs and poor service. More

was pretty much shoved in the door a couple weeks ago, by a salesperson, where I encountered an unfriendly welcome just because I wasn’t ready to buy today. There was a little bald guy who must have been a “manager “ screaming and cussing at what looked like a petrified, employee. They way he was talking to him and the words he was using was one of the worst shows of unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. I also have a friend who purchased a jeep there that kept going into limp mode and he was promised it would be fixed and he had a horrible time getting what he was promised done. I will never step foot in there again and don’t recommend wasting your time or money with these horrible people. More
