Bad customer service in the Service area. They had my vehicle for THREE months and I got 2 texts (not a phone call) during that time from my direct rep. Outside of that, I was the one initiat They had my vehicle for THREE months and I got 2 texts (not a phone call) during that time from my direct rep. Outside of that, I was the one initiating the contact to get updates. Their loaner Mgr is good and polite. When I was there in person and waiting to talking to my service rep, there were at least 3 agents not helping anyone and could’ve assisted me instead of the 15 minutes I waited for my rep. That system & lack of attention is horrible. More
