We had to get a second brake inspection from a second shop to confirm that they were lying to us. The car was also leaking oil and their oil change needed to be redone. Get a second opinion if necessary. Ask them for photos of the issue and then file a compliant with the state Attorney's office. This is a unethical business, stay away. More
