A simple look at the non-working AC on my used 2019 F-350 was denied. I was told that because it was a Ford not a GM vehicle, they would not accept liability. Hamilton was very helpful and portrayed empathy and kindness when my vehicle stopped on the side of the road. He called several times to check on me.
