I’ve been pretty patient, but now, in the contract says I’m to receive a 2nd remote. Pretty simple item. When in service for plugged cabin air filter was supposed to get remote at same time. Well service didn’t know anything about a remote. Ok. Left a message with used car service a number of times now and no response. Talked to Shalet (sp), wry helpful sent email to used service. I called sales manager, no return. One dept doesn’t talk to other dept. Would be nice to resolve Tom Idrivesundays@att.net
