Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing — communication broke down, and the process felt misleading & dishonest. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and truthful about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless — he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home. It’s rare in sales to see someone take accountability and rebuild trust after a bad experience, but Miles did exactly that. I originally came in with a pre-approval from Bank of America at a 7.8% APR, and with my excellent credit, I thought that was as good as I could get. However, Kenny in finance went the extra mile and managed to beat that rate, securing me a 6% APR. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money on interest over the life of the loan, but it also lowered my monthly payment, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I’ve worked with many dealerships in the past for different vehicles, and by far, Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket has me hooked.
