Took car for routine service and Jeep Wrangler Hybrid recall. Got request for review without a call from Dealership stating that car was ready for pickup. Called and spoke to Service Staff and asked by recall. Got request for review without a call from Dealership stating that car was ready for pickup. Called and spoke to Service Staff and asked by car was charged when Recall Notice stated “DO NOT CHARGE”. She stated that Service Techs speak to Stellantis after every repair to get authorization for work done. I asked for details and she stated that Service Manager would call me back. No Service Manager call back received. Now following up with Dealership tommorow. Recall not completed, but this isn’t Dealerships fault. Dealership defect is very poor communication and no answers as to why fire risk was increased by fully charging car. More

My 2024 Ram with only 7k miles wouldn't start and batterys were low charged. Tow truck jump started it and drove to Crystal Ram dealer in Cat City. Service writer was good..he did fine job. They checked batterys and couldn't find a problem...weird. when I picked it up..both front fenders and hood had greasy hand orints..and what looked like a giant cat had nail marks on driver side fender. I was furious my truck was just polished before I brought it in. These slobs didn't think to put fender cloth protecters on my 80k dollar new truck! I let the service writer know how I felt..and told him not his fault..the lazy xxxxxx in Service were to blame. Never going back..bummer there only 12 miles from home!!!! More

I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their servic about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. They suggested taking it to our local Jeep dealer, Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had it for 8 weeks before they finally got it running. We brought it home; 8 days later it stopped again. Crystal had it for 6 weeks this time. They finally figured out the problem was a bad installation that had been done by a local car audio store, when they installed a cd changer under the passenger seat. The installer had screwed the unit through the carper, where it hit the electrical harness, causing shorts. While I will deal with the audio dealer, I have nothing but praise for all the time and effort Crystal showed in dealing with this problem. AND, and this is a big deal, they did not charge us one red cent for all the work they had put in, trying to solve the problem. I could not believe it. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such generosity. In my book Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the best outfit bar none. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to take your car here for service. They are the best there is! More

I went in this past Sunday looking for a used hyundai genesis. zThey had one for $18,578. With tax license and fees the total was $20,266. I told Manny, our sales associate. that all my nephew could afford was $19,500, including tax , license, registration and fees. He sais he thought they could do it. His manager was yelling at him to get the sale done but mt nephew wasn't available. Because he said they could meet my price, I had my nephew come go in today. Manny was not there and the new associate said the best they could do was over $21,000, even though my nephew told him what Manny represented. They had all kinds of markups and fees to jack the price up. What a rip off!!! Don't go near the place-they don't have ant integrity. I felt bad because I had my nephew go down for naught. More
