RK Subaru

We recently purchased a new Subaru from RK Subaru. Will L. was the sales associate. Throughout the process, Will was professional and courteous. There was a scheduling error the day of purchase which was not Will's fault. He was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Actually, there was no inconvenience as another sales associate (Nick) stepped in to begin the sales paperwork process. He was also professional and courteous, and the process went smoothly from beginning to end. The Sales Manager (Nathan?) also stepped in to ensure that things were proceeding. As it turned out there was no dead time during the process. The finance representative was also professional and courteous. There was no high pressure to purchase additional warranty coverage, which we appreciated. All in all, we were very satisfied with the interaction with all RK staff. We felt that they valued our business. This is our 4th Subaru purchased at RK. We would buy again using Will, or Nick for that matter. We highly recommend RK and either sales Associate. Frank L. A great dealer and some good people, others not so much. Wonder if manufacturer says 5 quarts of oil in Subaru ascent why I get charged for 6. They did not give me quart to top off from time to time.
