I have an issue with almost all the Hyundai Customer service personnel. They should be able to check if your car is within warranty before they make it feel you can’t pay for the services. The service manger Peter Kim was very good, as well as a gentleman by name Abdon Valdes. There was a lady whom I didn’t get her name, she just spoke up it will cost you this much, without even wanting to hear my car was still under warranty. It’s a very unfortunate situation. I believe they should be train across their company by using discretion to use customer’s vin numbers to indicate their car status, then let them know the next steps, just give the person a moment and check. Without going back and forth with the customer. More
