First, I want to commend Kevin Murphy, the business manager, for his exceptional help. He clearly explained the financial details with an approachable tone and provided a thorough overview of the vario manager, for his exceptional help. I would readily return to discuss ongoing business with him. As for my sales agent, Logan, he was consistent in getting me into the dealership and worked diligently to finalize several deals. However, after the purchase, there was a noticeable lapse in follow-up, especially regarding coordinating with service to install my wheel locks and to arrange service for a dash issue resulting from my trade-in. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at Randy Marion—the sales process starts off attentive, but the level of attention declines after the sale. More
