Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. As an out-of-state buyer, I had a signed buyer’s order, confirmed out-the-door pricing, and active funding in progress with my credit union. Despite clear communication and ongoing coordination between the dealership and my lender, the vehicle was sold to another buyer without warning while my deal was still in motion. Sales representatives Maria and Jorge were inconsistent, unresponsive, and gave conflicting information, while the finance Manager made it clear they would prioritize a deal that generated them more profit. I was repeatedly told everything was moving forward, only to later be told the car was sold because the dealership did not yet have a check “in hand,” even though overnight funding was ready once their paperwork was returned. This dealership wasted days of my time, mishandled an out-of-state transaction, and demonstrated extremely poor ethics. If you are buying from out of state or using an outside lender, proceed with extreme caution. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
