Mitchell, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that the terms we presented did not meet your expectations. We certainly understand that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle—particularly one with over 100,000 miles—can sometimes involve unforeseen repairs, and we appreciate how frustrating that can be. At the time of purchase, we made every effort to be transparent by providing all applicable documentation clearly outlining that the vehicle was sold without any warranty or coverage. Despite this, and even though ownership had already exceeded one month, we still explored what options may have been available to assist as a goodwill gesture and offered the best solution we were reasonably able to provide under the circumstances. That said, as we are not a Nissan dealership, we do not have access to brand-new Nissan transmissions or manufacturer-specific parts at factory-level availability. This unfortunately limits the scope of what we can offer beyond the options already discussed. We value our customers and never want anyone to feel unheard. While we regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations, we do appreciate the opportunity to review the situation and wish you the best moving forward.
