December 5 had major engine failure, bought a aftermarket warranty with truck for 2000.00 had vehicle towed to Lebanon Chrysler to be inspected found out needs engine ,there price 8500.00. They called warranty company needed service records decent rides was asked they were sent to warranty company, never recieved I was told by warranty company. Have vehicle towed to another facility to be inspected , they ask same thing for records they get them . Decent rides work orders for repairs done have NO VIN NUMBER ON THEM , NO MILEAGE ON THEM , NO DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE ON THEM . These are requirements for warranty to be vailed they have Denied my truck repairs twice , no call backs from warranty company. More
