We have processed the title in which your your financing bank required which was electronically. We have described multiple times the process in which you and Ally must take to get a physical title in Pennsylvania and none of which is a process we can control. Your statement that we have done nothing to help is incorrect as we have described the process over the phone on at least 3 occasions. We sell vehicles to Pennsylvania residents every year without issue.
