This is our second purchase from Kings VW Cinn, First a 2018 Atlas Sel and Second a 2026 Cross Sport Prem Sel . Both times wonderful experiences. First time with Jen. He was so helpful ! He answered all of our questions and was kind enough to meet us several times. (we don’t make quick decisions) he spent a lot of time explaining the technology in the car & dash, and even offered to do a refresher class after owning the car for a week. If you can get Roberto as a salesman….do it!!! The financing part is the hardest part but not because of VW Kings. Matt helped us and did a thorough job explaining everything. We felt very comfortable with him. Make sure you get loan approval with your preferred bank/CU before you go , the process will go faster and you’ll know what your interest rate will be! We also have to give a high recommendation to King's Service Dept . That’s one of the main reasons we came back to Kings.
