I would never recommend this dealership to any one. I was sold a car with issues and they refused to do anything because I did not purchase a warranty. My fiancé and my experience with Great Lakes was easily 11/10! From the open communication that we received immediately after inquiring, to the seamless all digital signing process, and wrapped up with the 11/10!
