They didn’t have the paperwork ready. They didn’t have the car ready. I still don’t know if the car was prepped before I got it. No owners manual. No instructions were given when I picked up the car. This was a customer service car and I got no warranties on it like I did when I purchased my Yukon from them. I love my car but the service really did suck. More
