When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.
We believe customers want to focus on the important aspects of buying a car, such as reliability, safety and integrity of the dealership and its staff. Recall and Warrantee work My truck was brought back 2 times to get service work. Which ended up being there close to a month. Very frustrating as you have a $700.00 a month p My truck was brought back 2 times to get service work. Which ended up being there close to a month. Very frustrating as you have a $700.00 a month payment. When you have an appointment for work to be done, it shouldn't take 4 weeks. Then they wanted to charge us $300.00 for the warrantee work. Which was all covered. Communication is a problem too! :-( More

They also offered to wash my car when I went to pick it up which was nice-but truthfully other car service places I've gone to just do that without asking. it was only 10 minutes more or so. More
