Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would \u0026quot;take so long\u0026quot;, I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. \r\nI appreciated Chrystal\u0026#39;s honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling.
