Bought my truck new from Cochran. I am under the 5 year warranty (feb. 2026) but have 54116 miles. DEF system put my truck into limp mode and I had to have it towed to dealership. Cos I am under the 5 year warranty (feb. 2026) but have 54116 miles. DEF system put my truck into limp mode and I had to have it towed to dealership. Cost of repairs was over $1,200 and Cochran was unwilling to help with cost of repairs. Cochran was willing to make me a good deal on my truck if I wanted to buy a new truck from them. I had to pay $200 for diagnostic report I could have had done for free at AutoZone. Had my truck towed to my house and will do the repairs myself to save me over $700. Very poor service!!! More
