Had vehicle in for service around 1st of August. They said they estimated the 12th for service. That's fine they are busy. No worries. A few days before the 12th i got a call saying they checked out They said they estimated the 12th for service. That's fine they are busy. No worries. A few days before the 12th i got a call saying they checked out the. vehicle and needed a starter. Great, were sitting at 5 stars right now. This is where things went south. Its a Fleet vehicle and they had get approval for repairs. Thats normal for this situation. A few days went by and i had to stop and get a part out of the vehicle. It turns out my "Service Advisor" had gone on vacation and according to the other service advisor they were not informed of it being a fleet vehicle and all the information was in the glove box. So the vehicle sat for a few days, with nothing happening. Then this new service advisor said they would have to order the parts and that would take a few more days. It just makes me wonder why a dealership that had a vehicle towed into the repair shop. Then after they figure out what part is needed for the repair. no attempt was made to get the part in. Then a few days go by and I call in for status and they said the repair would be completed latter that day. I did not get a call. So the next day I had to catch an early flight and needed a part out of the van. I drive to the dealership like I have been doing for the last couple weeks to get a part and I cant find the vehicle in the lot. I then look inside the garage and see it up on the rack. Its 4:30am no one is there obviously. I cant get what I needed. Later that Day I get a text saying the repair is completed. No phone call, just a text. When I got back from my flight at the end of the week.I picked up the vehicle. It will not let me submit the review without rating the service people. I do not know the names of who i dealt with. But it was not laurel. So do not count the poor rating against her. More

Tim was great and so was the manager I spoke to. Down to earth people that weren’t too pushy. I felt very comfortable during the whole experience.
