Although all I required was the annual inspection, service was handled professionally with friendly people all around. My Jeep was inspected before I had time to get bored waiting...under an hour...and with several discounts I wasn't anticipating applied I was more than happy with the cost of service. My son just purchased his first new vehicle, a Ram 1500 Sport. We dealt with Bonnie Ostrowski whom I knew from when it was Charapp. I went with him, being his first vehicle and the fact I was a co-signer. Sport. Bonnie went out of her way to answer questions, take phone calls, and assist us in any way she could. She explained the entire pricing of both the trade and new vehicle in great detail and left no doubt in my mind that we were being treated fair and honestly. Her knowledge of the Chrysler vehicles is amazing and impressive. Jon was just as amazing. He explained the extended warranty in detail and gave us a price that was fantastic. When we arrived in Jon's office he explained that they could better the extended warranty price than originally offered. He was very friendly and processed our paperwork in a very timely manner. You can tell when you walk into the dealership that customer satisfaction is #1. They go out of their way to make the buying experience pleasant and friendly. I am sure that when my wife and I go to purchase I will be seeing Bonnie and Jon again. I would highly recommend #1 Cochran for a great vehicle purchase experience. More

I went to Allegheny valley Cochran wanting a reliable suv. What I found were two great people Jeff and Vic. I told them what I wanted and the maximum payment I could do per month. They were able to get me the suv and the payment I wanted. The best thing was that when I talked to Jeff and he told me the payment and I went back that evening to pick up the suv the payment didn't change. I have bought from other dealerships and when they told me the payment and then went back to get the car it went up. Not at Allegheny valley Cochran the payment stayed the same. Those two guys are the best no pressure buying they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or could not afford they worked very hard on getting the suv and payment I wanted. Those two guys made my experience at cochran great and I will definitely be going back to buy all of my vehicles. Thanks a great deal it was a pleasure doing business there at #1 cochran. After purchasing several cars from Eric Schoenberger, he has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our strong satisfaction with #1 Cochran’s service has continued well after the initial sale. My wif has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our strong satisfaction with #1 Cochran’s service has continued well after the initial sale. My wife and I have always received excellent quality service from Cochran, but Eric has consistently gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations as customers. He has also been a strong advocate for us when helping to facilitate service repair issues with General Motors and Kia. This sometimes involved arranging and personally delivering transportation during weekends and off-hours, thus minimizing inconvenience to us. Bill Heffelfinger who has very recently assisted us with a GM service repair issue should also be recognized and commended. Bill coordinated with both the GM factory warranty center and Cochran Service to ensure that our repair was executed seamlessly and to our complete satisfaction. Eric’s and Bill’s exemplification of great customer service is the reason why my wife and I remain to be loyal customers to the #1 Cochran of Allegheny Valley dealership. Troy J. More

I even paid more for the car knowing it was more than the market but his service made it worth the extra cost. He did your dealership proud and of over the 20 or 30 dealerships that I contacted over the internet to purchase my vehicle long distance you were only one of 2 who walked the walk and talked the talk of treating your internet customers as true clients. The others were basically worthless and didn't take the task seriously. They were basically rude, unresponsive and lazy. Your dealership should feel very fortunate to have a man such as Eric as one of your employees. He even picked me and my 2 boys up at the bus station when the bus was over 3 hours late. I was very thankful that he took care of us. He even let me follow him to my hotel and gave me directions to the hotel and dealership for my morning drive. Who does that these days? I will tell you Eric at #1 Cochran does. The other dealerships salesman couldn't see the future or benefit of dealing with a client who was buying long distance. They were too short sited in their thinking and could only see the customers that were right in front of their faces. In my opinion if you are going to sell over the internet "sell over the internet!" That means do it right, often and with passion. Just as you would if that customer was right in your face. I researched for a month to find the right car and I knew what I wanted and finally after all that time I found Eric at Cochran. Finally thanks again Eric. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, and having found no satisfaction locally (meaning selection, price and dealer interest), we found our vehicle on Cochran's website listing the specifications that we were looking for. Accordingly, we made an appointment to stop at the Cochran VW dealership in South Hills and met with the friendly Marty Mariani. We discussed the features, options and other parameters and decided to proceed with the purchase after negotiating our trade-in. We came back the next day finding the car washed and detailed, went through the financing process, and then drove away with our new vehicle - all pretty much a painless endeaver! It seems that Cochran intends to sell cars and not play games, and that is the goal of any dealership as well as the buyer who plans to purchase a vehicle. From our experience noted, we recommend #1 Cochran! More
I had an emergency situation with my Chrysler Town & Country while visiting family in the Natrona Heights area. My minivan would not start and I was over 300 miles from home.
