I visited the dealership today after having some email interactions with Rebecca Cartney,Customer Care Specialist over the last month or two. They were both very friendly and moments later my son and I were in the lot with Jason looking at possible choices. Jason was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful and we debated the right van to choose. We left 2 short hours later with an awesome van and felt like we had made friends. My husband and I both work in the retail industry and realize how difficult it can be on a busy holiday weekend. I never felt rushed or that my questions were silly or not important. I noticed that the van's inspection would be up at the end of this month and Jason even offered to come to my workplace and get it to take care of that.
