He was patient as we decided among the vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the various vehicles. It did take a bit of time for paperwork completion, which was no fault of anyone. I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Cochran and enjoyed working with Terry. I hate high pressure car dealers and will usually just walk away, and never buy. I involved my sons in the process so they could see what to expect, and yes we did walked out of one dealership prior to meeting Terry. The boys have come to the understanding that I never buy the first time I go to the dealer, but this time it was different. They (Terry and Mike) gave me the price I wanted on the Focus and more than I expected for my trade. I never felt like it was a game or being pressured to buy. I have been driving my Focus for over a week (500 miles) and I really like this car, the way it looks, the way it drives. Thanks Terry for showing me and the boys what car buying should be like.
