The entire experience at #1 Cochran was very pleasant. We planned to do a whole day of car shopping and this was our first stop. We took a test drive of a 2014 Escape. I really liked the car but hated to "pop" on the first one. There was no high pressure sales and they were very pleasant, but we left the dealership and visited the next. The next dealership didn't really have what we were looking for, but rather than continue shopping other places we returned to #1 Cochran. They greeted me at the door and I said lets talk numbers. They appraised my trade-in and presented me their offer. We were very close and I countered. The came back within minutes with the pricing I was looking for and we immediately shook hands. The paperwork was painless, as usual it takes time, but we were never left waiting for long without someone checking if we needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely go back when we are in the market for our next car. More

I looked at all the different SUV's that are made and decided to try a Ford Escape. Cochran had sale prices on their vehicles and that drew me in. I was amazed at all the extra's that came with my car buying experience that day. (I really did not want to give up my 2002 Ford Taurus, it only had 157,000+ miles on it and was hardly broken in...shout out to Ford Motor Company). Cochran was having a tent sale that day with Y108. We were offered free hot dogs or hamburgers and free drinks by Ryan Maritz, General Sales Manager. Ryan also fixed us up with a new t-shirt and my husband got a new ball cap. We also got a chance to win tickets to Learnerville Speed Way and a Nascar event. (this story gets better). James found the exact SUV I was looking at on the Web. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me more car than I said I wanted. The standard package on a 2014 Ford Escape is amazing. James was perceptive and kind enough to stop explaining the hands free cell phone use when my eyes began to glaze over. He gave me his cell phone number and said I could call him anytime or just come in and he would set up my hands free cell phone (I hate talking on the Phone). The one "bell and whistle" that I never thought of was a back up camera. You must drive a Ford Escape just to try out the camera, Amazing. I was also amazed at Cochran's free first oil change and lifetime free inspection (if nothing is wrong with the car) package that came with the new purchase. (yep, I bought a new 2014 Ford Escape). I don't think I forgot anything, wait...they washed my car and filled the gas tank before I drove away in my new SUV. I will only buy my next car from James Wilson at Cochran Allegheny Valley.
