I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Cochran and enjoyed working with Terry. I hate high pressure car dealers and will usually just walk away, and never buy. The boys have come to the understanding that I never buy the first time I go to the dealer, but this time it was different. They (Terry and Mike) gave me the price I wanted on the Focus and more than I expected for my trade. I never felt like it was a game or being pressured to buy. I have been driving my Focus for over a week (500 miles) and I really like this car, the way it looks, the way it drives. Thanks Terry for showing me and the boys what car buying should be like. Nick was able to provide information on numerous Jeep Wranglers that met what we were looking for so we decided it was worth the trip up to Natrona Heights to talk to the dealer in person. When we arrived we began talking with Louis Hein. Lou took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was able to locate a vehicle onsite. They took a look at our trade-in (2003 Jeep Wrangler) and made us an offer. After a brief and somewhat painless negotiation period, we came to a fair agreement on the new vehicle and trade-in.
