When it came time to purchase a vehicle, and having found no satisfaction locally (meaning selection, price and dealer interest), we found our vehicle on Cochran's website listing the specifications that we were looking for. Accordingly, we made an appointment to stop at the Cochran VW dealership in South Hills and met with the friendly Marty Mariani. We discussed the features, options and other parameters and decided to proceed with the purchase after negotiating our trade-in. We came back the next day finding the car washed and detailed, went through the financing process, and then drove away with our new vehicle - all pretty much a painless endeaver! It seems that Cochran intends to sell cars and not play games, and that is the goal of any dealership as well as the buyer who plans to purchase a vehicle. Awesome is probably the first word that comes to you when you have the Cochran Experience. I visited Natrona Heights to buy a used car and the experience is just amazing. The Sales guy (Jerrold) is super fri you have the Cochran Experience. I visited Natrona Heights to buy a used car and the experience is just amazing. Once after the test drive, I did offer my price for the vehicle and he did consult Terry and there it is.. its a deal. The Sales guy didn't pressure me at all. The guy is very honest when i expressed concern on the Timing Belt replacement and offered service at their cost at Cochran Hyundai if i had any issue around it. I got some free goodies like my first Oil and Filter Change & life time free inspection checks and 15% off on all accessories. I wasn't expecting any of it. The gas was half the tank when i drove the car and made it full when they gave me, which i think is very nice of them. The car was thoroughly cleaned before handing over to me. All in all it was an excellent experience and i would highly recommend this place More

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot Sport from Cochran Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Natrona Heights Pa. I researched the vehicle I wanted online via Jeep.com and found the specs I was looking for an Cochran Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Natrona Heights Pa. I researched the vehicle I wanted online via Jeep.com and found the specs I was looking for and located 3 Jeeps in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area with the same specs as I was looking for. I reached out to all 3 dealerships to find the best price for this Jeep Patriot and Cochran had the best price. I scheduled a time to see the vehicle and test drive and when I arrived I was greeted by Bonnie Ostrowski and Jim Raub. Bonnie was very helpful in assisting me with this purchase. I sent several emails to Bonnie and she answered all of them in a timely manner. I would like to point out living in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and traveling to Natrona Heights to make this purchase was a bit far, but Bonnie and the Cochran Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was very accommodating in scheduling.
