I dropped my sons car off for a recall and took almost two weeks to complete. Got the car home and a bolt was in the driveway from a bracket that holds the muffler to the engine. From talking to David, the technician neglected to reattach it properly. Had to bring it back for that. Will not bring our two fords back to this dealership for service More

My assigned service advisor Austin was very good at communicating back and forth with me via text, and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. The senior master technician, Ed, was ab communicating back and forth with me via text, and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.
