This service technician was great - super communicative, very detailed, open to hearing and addressing my concerns and feedback. Ending warrenty coverage of the TCMs, and not offering reimbursement or support for having to replace a TCM covered by CSP 14M02 was frankly a slap in the face. "There's no more 'good will' programs available" is an appalling way to support customers who are now responsible for large financial investments into vehicles and parts that Ford admitted were unsatisfactory. I expected greater customer care and respect from a top national motor vehicle company. My next car will absolutely NOT be a Ford due to my experience with the brand. (Again, the local workers were nothing short of excellent.) More
