I don't think its right when a customer has to force communication. Currently, they still have my truck since Thursday 12th 2025, with little info on my car. David treat me as if he just dont want any interaction with me though they are doing service to my truck. No one got back to me until late Thursday, telling me he has to order the part and was giving me the quote. At the moment he said $600 due to them running the diagnostics which is $160 by itself. I fussed and asked did he see anything that came up on the diagnostics I need to know about? I asked just for a heads up beings the fact that they are charging me for it. He told me no, and the issue I'm having isn't going to show on the diagnostics. I told him since they did run it, was there anything else he sees. He told me no. I asked if he could check my extra insurance to see if it covers, and he told me No it wouldn't. But after it covered my waterpump issue, i asked if he could at least try. He said he would, but the next day Friday morning, I called Protective myself which the rep told me there is nothing showing someone calling in recently about coverage. This raised a flag. I called them later about 12ish in hopes of getting an update because now, I'm having anxiety of what my next move should be. I have a job just like they do and need to know how to plan the next day. Nobody answered, had to leave a VM a few times. I sent a couple of text messages as well, No xxxx answer until later in day of when they are about to close when David contact me saying the part they got in wasn't the correct one so they have to order another and it should be there tomorrow (Saturday). I asked when would my car be actually ready, he told me Saturday morning. - Saturday morning, I heard nothing. I called twice and left vm around 12ish for some one to get back to me and I sent 2 text messages. No response. At this point I'm PISSED. I had my mother drive me to Cochran Ford in Monroeville to get answers. David looking at me as if I'm crazy. When I walked in, he's sitting behind the xxxx desk, shooting his jaws off with co-worker. He asked how he can help me and I told him my name and he grabs my paperwork that was sitting right next to him. I showed him I txt and called. He tells me he didn't see it. There is no way he didn't see my text, this man is very arrogant and don't give a good got xxxx about the next person. His character is trash. And though I am upset, explaining to this human being all I wanted was communication so I know what to do as far as my xxxx job goes, he tells me he ain't the one that broke my car.... As if to say, I am the one who did this which it is a malfunction. I was just there 3 to 4 weeks about and came out of pocket $1300, then a month before that, had to come out of pocket $700... If you have an issue of speaking with people no matter if its good or bad, you are in the wrong business. I am a case manager at my job so I understand when sometime you just don't want to speak with no one, HOWEVER, the F ever, customer service is what we do no matter what. And this is not how you treat a person who just want to know the status of their car so they can plan for their next working day. I am going to Rob Cochran or his office able this because this is ridiculous. Of the fact that you have me EMAIL address and my phone number to TXT, you did NOTHING to let me know what the xxxx is going on with my vehicle, says a lot about this company and how people like him will drag it down quicker than you think. Today is Monday 6/16/2025 and I called at 12:50p and this xxxxxxx sent me to his voice mail and it is now 2:32p. NO UPDATE... Take you vehicle to get serviced somewhere else. Don't do this to yourself. They are a mess and scared to speak to customers and only do half work. More
Austin Gockel, assisted me as soon as I got out of my vehicle. He asked me what the problem was and said it would be taken care of first thing in the morning. Had the car service for 100k mile checkup.
