Was only showed one vehicle to lease did not really want gray color. I asked about other color and salesman said this one had the best deal. I was not shown any other vehicle. When completing paperwork I agreed to 12000 miles a year on Friday Feb 20. I was told on Saturday Feb 21 that my job site was changed to a site 22 mile away, 44 a day. I called on Monday February 23 when they opened in AM. I explained the situation and asked them to amend the contract to 15000 a year. I am going to use at least 44000 miles just to go back and forth to work! IIbwas told there is nothing that they can do about it. I also called the leasing company. They said only the dealer could do something and agree to re-write the contract for the 15000 miles. I will be 70 in June and have been coming to this dealership since the 70’s for my vehicles, my husbands vehicles and a couple for kids over these years. I did not even get a call back from my salesman I called several times got the salesman Jacob and I was not permitted to talk to the finance manager though I left 2 messages for him. I was ultimately told to just turn it in early and get into something else. I told them I was not trying to incur all the penalties of an early trade in. Cody, the service technician tried to overcharge me several times. Fist, upon dropping off the car. I told him not to listen what my mother said when she dropped the car off as she's 83 years old and d several times. Fist, upon dropping off the car. He nodded and acknowledgment two he called with a quote of $900 to fix a car that I brought in for inspection only. I told him again there were reasons this and that weren't worked on and to please only do the inspection. Then he called back to pick up the car and said the car was ready but it was $141 because it needed the oil change. At that point I lost my temper and yelled at him. This was the third time I had told him to not put that charge on there as I just had the oil changed a month ago and there was a sticker on the window. So he hung up the phone on me and said I don't have to listen to this. Understanding I shouldn't have yelled, however he tried in no way to de-escalate the situation which was his fault. He made a mistake three times. At no point did he apologize or try and resolve it he just said no your mother said it that she needed oil change. So after all these attempts of him not listening I had to yell because he was not only speaking over me but he obviously could not understand English and kept trying to charge me when all I wanted was the inspection. At that point he told me that the manager would not be calling me back as I was not welcomed for any future purchases or service at that location. And that's a shame because we need a new car. I did get a call from the manager earlier that day which he obviously made clear that was Nolan void now because I yelled at him. I find this totally unprofessional and can't believe a service manager would not try and resolve an issue from a service employee who made a mistake three times in a row because I yelled at him. Wow. Fortunately the only person this hurts is Cochran Ford because they won't get my patronage for the new car. More
