I brought 4 brand new tires in for mounting and balancing on my Focus ST. Needless to say, the rims had paint chips scraped/scratched in several places on my wheels. This was not obvious when I picked my veh on my Focus ST. Needless to say, the rims had paint chips scraped/scratched in several places on my wheels. This was not obvious when I picked my vehicle up since there was still tire lube smeared on the outside of the rims, but after further investigation, my painted rims were scratched/scuffed and I wasn't even told anything about it. I received a text message from "Shawn" to ask how my service went and if I had any complaints to let him know. I reached out twice with my dissatisfaction and received no response. I will not be taking my vehicle here for any further service, and anyone that reads this should definitely not take your tires for mounting if you care for the condition of your wheels. More
This place is a joke I had two very niche issues with my 2012 Ford Focus - a sunroof rainwater leak that caused puddles to form in the passenger footwell of my car, and a I had two very niche issues with my 2012 Ford Focus - a sunroof rainwater leak that caused puddles to form in the passenger footwell of my car, and a bad hood latch sensor that caused the car's alarm to randomly go off. After researching both issues, I found they were common in my model of Ford and that a dealer was my best option. After explaining both issues in depth to the service department, they told me that 1.) there was no water leak and they could not replicate it and 2.) the hood latch connection came up clean on their computer tests. I explained again that both issues have been persisting for weeks and I was sure that both problems existed and those were not the correct answers, I was told that there was nothing they could do for me, as if I was making this whole thing up. I returned to my car to find the sunroof drains clogged, just as I had told them. Since it didn't leak into the car after their brief attempts of running it through the carwash, they thought it was no big deal. I had to physically take the service attendant out to my car to see that they missed the issue. They referred me to a third party company to take care of the water leak (which they should have done from the beginning) and, sure enough, when I arrived home again my alarm went off multiple times until I had to disconnect the hood latch sensor. To say that the service department at this dealer is inadequate at best doesn't even illustrate how poorly they handled my situation. All they ever do here is run computer tests and don't do any investigative work on your vehicle to help you at least diagnose the problem. Very disappointing experience and I will never go back. More
