Loved the ride. Went in signed my paperwork and the whole time at dealership was an hour tops including test drive. This is how the buying experience should be! Thank you! More
I took in my truck to get an estimate on replacing a splash guard. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM. I made it clear that I had to have my truck back by 2:30 to make it to work. I started calling at 12:30 to splash guard. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM. I made it clear that I had to have my truck back by 2:30 to make it to work. I started calling at 12:30 to try to get an update. I left a message asking for someone to call me back. I went on to make a total of 10 calls. I left 2 more messages. I never managed to talk to anyone until the 3rd message I left. By this time, I was already late for work. I found out that they performed work for some recalls and changed the oil (which wasn’t even due for another 2,000 miles. Nobody called to tell me this was being done or even bothered to return any calls. I was finally able to pick up my truck around 3:30. I ended up having to call off work for the day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I definitely will not be returning myself. More

Vehicle priced above fair market value, wouldn’t work on price, then offered lower than 3 other dealers on trade, but would have lost the sales tax savings. They got my truck in December and I didn't get it back until June. The same day I got it, it had to go back. Drove it back and then they "fixed it again". A month later, i got it back. On the way home, th until June. The same day I got it, it had to go back. Drove it back and then they "fixed it again". A month later, i got it back. On the way home, the battery died. The back light wouldn't turn off. Went a bought a new battery and terminals. Got home and changed everything. Brand new battery drained. Manager sent a tow truck for it 2 weeks later after calling and texting everyday. Go back to get it and the brand new terminals are broke and there in sauter on the brand new battery. Charlie said that it should still work. Left and didn't even make it home. Had to get out of the car and park it in get go parking lot so that I could get in the truck and guide it while he pushed it in to the parking lot out of the street. Sent Charlie a text the same day since they closed when we left. Haven't heard from anybody even I called everyday. Austin kept getting smart. All of a sudden I finally get a call back from John. He took Charlie's place. He got smart the whole time telling me to come get the truck and blaming everything on the age when it was the same age when they opened it up. The 1st diagnostic test didnt ahow anyth8ng wrong with the truck at all. We only dropped it off to get the heat done. Now theres problems with the motor and the engine and everything else. But it was only AFTER they so called fixed it. This John person didnt care about any of that. He just won't take responsibility. His mouth is horrible. Especially for someone in a management position. Spike to somebody named Matt who was just as bad. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will get to the bottom of this. And I will NEVER take another car there More
