4 hour oil change I had an appointment to have a oil change and an state inspection, during check in they said there was a recall that they would perform at the same ti I had an appointment to have a oil change and an state inspection, during check in they said there was a recall that they would perform at the same time. 30 min later I was informed there was another recall for a total of 2 recalls, oil change and inspection. I was never told how long this was going to take. If I was told it was going to take 4 hours I would have made other plans instead every 30 min I check in with the service desk and was told it would be completed in 30 min. I would just recommend that Day Ford set the expectations of the customer when it comes to time estimates. More

I've chosen to stay with my vehicle a few times for basic services like oil changes or tire rotations and someone will always stop past to make sure I'm okay or offer to get me something. I had dropped my vehicle off for an extended appointment. Things took a little longer than expected, and it wasn't a big deal to me, but they really went above and beyond to make things right. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman who brought my car around even took it through the wash for me. Wish I could have attached his name to the review but sadly I didn't catch it. Great place, great people. More
