I've chosen to stay with my vehicle a few times for basic services like oil changes or tire rotations and someone will always stop past to make sure I'm okay or offer to get me something. I had dropped my vehicle off for an extended appointment. Things took a little longer than expected, and it wasn't a big deal to me, but they really went above and beyond to make things right. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman who brought my car around even took it through the wash for me. Wish I could have attached his name to the review but sadly I didn't catch it. Great place, great people. More

Too long, no follow-up I purchased this vehicle from the dealer in December 2017. It had 2300 miles on it when I dropped it off for recall service and oil change. After a week with no word back from service center, I called and was told the work was not yet completed. It took three additional days. When I finally picked up the vehicle, all systems were reset, the car was not washed nor vacuumed and the service technician asked me to give the team an "excellent" rating when asked. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and will find another service center for future service. More

Beyond lengthy wait for a diagnosis Car wouldn't start and had it towed to Day Ford for diagnosis on a Friday morning and was told it would be diagnosed on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and was told they had too many appointments and it wouldnt be looked at until Wednesday at 12. Called at 12:30 Wednesday and it still was not looked at! Spoke with the service manager who offered to cover the cost of a rental but then a few hours later I was informed my vehicle was serviced and ready to go. Service employees Ted, Jamie and Albert were extremely pleasant and helpful, which made the experience a heck of alot easier to be patient, however I won't be returning for service, not even an oil change which normally is a 2.5 hour wait. More

We were planning on going to Nissan after that to look at a car but decided then and there this was the place to buy our car and to look forward to a great future with this Ford Team.
