Inspection Early to appointment and my vehicle still went back for service 45 minutes after appointment time. I was not notified of the delay. Also was not able to pull in for service I had to park in a space and when my vehicle was finished it was not in the garage they place it in a parking space. It was a nice day other cars were getting washed and mines did not get washed. I had to ask a sales guy on the floor if he could wash it. Overall not a good experience. I was ready to trade my car in there because I had a great experience with Eric Jones but now I'm second guessing come back because of the service I received. More

Good Customer Service I just bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford F-150 truck to pull a travel trailer. The staff at Day Ford went the extra-effort to ensure that I had the inform I just bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford F-150 truck to pull a travel trailer. The staff at Day Ford went the extra-effort to ensure that I had the information I needed to feel confident that the truck would be able tow my trailer. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed or complete the sale. I felt as though I was working with people I could trust. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

Nice people. Fast service. Seen the truck I wanted online, went in to check it out and test drove it on the coldest day of the year it seemed like anyways Rich Gartland the sale Seen the truck I wanted online, went in to check it out and test drove it on the coldest day of the year it seemed like anyways Rich Gartland the salesman wasn’t even fazed by the cold he even had to jump start the vehicle. I ended up leaving with the same truck like 2.5 hours later. Brandon in financing got me approved super quick and was very friendly, we even had our 6 year old daughter with us, who was quite well behaved btw. It seemed like it took them longer to clean and shine the truck up for me than the actual paperwork took to do. The truck I bought was very clean, although the next day I noticed the lock button on the door was not working. I called up there and they quickly checked it out for me then sent it to day Chevy to be repaired free of charge, which I was quite happy with. The only thing that I don’t like is that the $17,000 truck I bought had some little paint bubbles above the rear wheels on the fender which I seen when I bought it....But it seemed quite minor. Come to find out day chevy wants $2000 to fix it. 😳😱😰😡🤭🙄.......Other than that everybody was very friendly and the process was smooth!! Also free car washes can’t hate that!! Thanks Day Ford Monroeville!! It’s been REAL! More

Wprst service ever Each time I a have been to day ford in Monroville it's always a hassle,Most recent On 12/19 2017 I called and asked if they check batteries,and was to Each time I a have been to day ford in Monroville it's always a hassle,Most recent On 12/19 2017 I called and asked if they check batteries,and was told yes.I brought my dead battery then after 15 min i'm asked where's my Vehicle as if i could have driven with a dead battery and as if they need a vehicle to check the battery,another 15-20 minutes passed then at last the counter person goes to check a battery check device,mind you I had already told him the battery was dead.so he proceeded to check Got the recharge and check message,then turned to me after i asked aren't you going to charge it.He told me he would just replace it,Which I agreed to I just wanted a new battery.Then he couldn't or would not located the vehicle in their data base ,so he sent to to the back now it's another 15 min waiting while another person look for the correct battery size then tells me their other site is down took my number said he would call it's now Wednesday 12/20 and I still have not heard from day Ford in Monroville Funny thing is I've been to 2 other Ford dealerships with out a problem It's as if Day Ford only works on Fords mind I didn't need repair I just needed a new battery, and still do.The only reason I went to Ford at all was I wanted to use my Ford service credit card I've had an situation about a year ago when m,y Ford explorer's rear AC was nor working they fixed it but later I discover that they never reconnected my power lock switch locate3d in the rear compartment where they had been work,and then once I dared to bring my Armada in to get a diagnose on by brakes it took me 20 minute to convince then to simply run the test and give me the results...Worst service ever Still waiting for a new battery then they also have my old battery which I 'm using as the core replacement More
