What a great buying experience!! Between Sean, Newton and Mike I couldn't have had a better time buying a car. Sean was great. During the test drive of two different cars, he explained everything about them, answered any questions, and took the time to let us get a good test drive of each vehicle. I went in to the dealership sure of myself that I was just window shopping. I left with a great car, feeling really good about the purchase I just made. Newton explained the technology in the car in great detail so we understood everything there was. What a nice person to work with! He was so personable and made you feel at ease with the technology. Mike took the time to explain everything about the finance, warranties, and the oh so many forms one must sign. Again, very nice and very helpful. I have had some really bad experiences with car dealerships, but this was the polar opposite of those. I didn't feel that anyone was treating me differently because I was a woman, nor was I treated like I didn't know what I wanted or what I was doing. If I was considering another Ford I would go back there and give them a chance to win my business. I made it a point to them that I wanted to be quick about things when I was there, and to that point th and give them a chance to win my business. Too often you get stuck at a dealership for hours while they waste your time, so that was nice. Maybe I'm harsh - Kenny Ross pulled that stuff on me and I will never go back there again. I would rank Kenny Ross like a 2-3. These guys are up in the 8-10 range. I'd recommend the dealership in so far as you should consider them as a good dealership to work with in price negotiations with other dealerships. I'd never recommend to anybody to only stop at one dealership, obviously. More
