Day Ford Monroeville This is the second vehicle I bought at Day Ford. When I bought the first one I was having extreme financial difficulties. When I walked in all I asked This is the second vehicle I bought at Day Ford. When I bought the first one I was having extreme financial difficulties. When I walked in all I asked was that I be treated with respect. Even if a deal couldn't be reached I just didn't want to be treated as a second class citizen. I had found that other dealers did not treat me as well when they found out I had financial difficulties. I was able to purchase a used vehicle. After two years of making on time payments I decided I would like to get something new and to lower my interest rate. Jason Mossing did a great job finding financing for me with Ford at a good rate. Sean Sperber showed me a really great Mustang and Al Pagliei approved a great deal for me. Newton DaSilva showed me all the technology and patiently explained how everything worked. I highly recommend Day Ford and I will definitely return in the future to buy again. More

Friendly Dealership Awesome service and staff! Our first visit to your dealership was 5 minutes before closing time and a sales rep still came out to greet us. He offer Awesome service and staff! Our first visit to your dealership was 5 minutes before closing time and a sales rep still came out to greet us. He offered to show us vehicles and even told us he could take us for a test drive. It happened to be quite cold outside and started to snow as well. We of course declined because it was 5 minutes before closing time. It was the kind gesture of this sales rep (Bob Lauer) that made us come back to your dealership. We had been to 3 other dealerships and nobody even came outside to greet us or ask us if we needed help. David Cincarik is the salesman that ended up selling us our car. He was polite and flat out asked us what we wanted and needed. There was never any gimmicks or haggling. He had a great personality and got us the deal we were looking for. I wish there were more salesman out there like Dave. You are very fortunate to have someone like him on your staff. Newton Da Silva was also great! He had a great personality and sense of humor. He showed us all of the functions of our new car and even entertained our 6yr old son at times during the demo. We truly enjoyed our experience!!!
