What I would appreciate is the service dept not telling me how many filters need changed. For example cabin filter. I have 23000 miles on the vehicle it doesn’t need changed. Fuel filter, the fuel filter me how many filters need changed. For example cabin filter. I have 23000 miles on the vehicle it doesn’t need changed. Fuel filter, the fuel filter has already been replaced. Service dept said the air filter needs replaced, it also had been done. Finally my windshield wipers, also the service dept said needs to be replaced bit work just fine. I have have five ford trucks since 2009 and don’t appreciate the service dept wanting to do service that is not required. Thank you More
