My wife and I were not looking to purchase a vehicle at this time. Frankly, we didn't even think it was a possibility due to our financial challenges. We were looking for a new car and had Hondas in the past. John was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what we wanted to buy. I was so happy to find a car that fit every piece of criteria that I needed and at a price that I wanted. I'm still jumping for joy, seriously. We were quite happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly. Financing deal could not be beat. It was worth the 45mile drive to get the new car. I only wish the vehicle had XM built into it, like my previous Sonata, instead of me having to go out and buy an XM porable unit. More
Prompt, friendly service. Sales & financing reps were helpful and met us right away to handle the sale of our CRV. Only issue we have is not discovering cargo cover was not part of SE package. My wife recalls acknowledging roll back cover wasn't necessary since shelf would cover contents. She only realized cargo shelf was not on vehicle Sunday evening. We will check with sales this week and confirm reason why neither cargo shelf or rolling cover comes with SE edition. More
I appreciated the fact that Eric (salesman) let me look at the car on my own before he approached me. I am a previous Ford Taurus owner, and wanted to look at a few things without a salesman around. I had been looking at the car on line at their website. Alot of info there, so when I went to the dealership, all I really had to do was test drive the vehicle. Eric got a bit more off the sticker price which was already over $2,000 reduced. He lined up all the paperwork and I knew how much I would have to borrow in short order. He did all the work between the dealership and the finance agency so everything was ready on that end the next day. He also called me at work to set a time that evening for all the paperwork, so everything would go smoothly and quickly. The reason I gave the rating I did was because everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, and if the car rental company would not have driven me back to the dealership, Eric offered to come pick us up and drive us back. Thomas was GREAT to deal with. I actually found the car on cars.com. I emailed several dealerships with the best pricing on the v6 accord coupes, but Sam and Rick the only one who answered promptly with mo on cars.com. No pressure sales or bait and switch tactics. They were also all Steeler fans, obviously a plus as well! Everyone from the rece3ptionist to the F&I manager I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and responded promptly. Pricing was the best I found and I got a fair value for my trade in also, which is one thing many people overlook when shopping for a car over the internet. My only complaint would be the detail shop did not do a super job preparing the car for delivery, but Thomas has already agreed to take care of that for me the next time I am in. Not only would I buy from them again, I would also recommend anyone consider them before buying elsewhere. It was a 2 hour drive, and well worth it! More

My overall experience was pleasant. My favorite thing about this place was the customer service that they serve, they really try to make you happy with everything. Second was the quality of the cars they had on the lot (they have good Taste!) I also enjoyed the cleansliness of the place everything is new and laid out nicely. The only thing that I would have to complain about is, the detail work done to my car. I pay attention to detail a lot so when I noticed that it wasnt as clean as I wanted it, I asked them to clean it again, in which they did with no problem but when I saw my car again; I still noticed tiny things that could of been better,so I just took it home to clean it myself. My husband read an article on AOL about the best deals for used cars being the Chevy Malibu, so we looked for some, online, in the Pittsburgh area. One that came up looked to be a great deal, so he sent an email with an inquiry. Samantha promptly responded. My husband told her that we were looking for a newer second car for me, who happens to be a very petite driver and he expressed our concerns that, in most cars, I am too close to the steering wheel and, therefore, the airbag, due to my short legs. Samantha actually went out and tried out the car we had inquired about, as well as several others to see what might work best for me and sent another reply. We were invited to go to the showroom, and try these cars out with the offer that she'd have fresh coffee made. An hour and a half drive got us there just shortly before closing, but, no problem. We were greeted by Eric Deitke, who was very friendly. He brought us in to Samantha, who then took charge of our 10 year old grandson, who was hungry and bored. She gave him food, drink, and the tv remote and kept him happy while we looked at the cars with Eric. Eric was very knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. He offered us other choices, and let me test drive them, but there was never any pressure to purchase new versus used. And, when we made our decision of the car we wanted, which was the one we originally went there to see, he offered to make all the arrangements so we could drive away with it that day. At that point Brad Cobaugh, the business manager came in and handled all of the financing details, which went very smoothly. Again, he offered us different options (added warranty, auto armor, etc.), but never pressured, only informed and accepted our decision as final without asking again. I have purchased cars in the past and it was always a very painful and time consuming experience. This one was neither. It was well worth the 90 minute drive to buy our car from Thomas Honda in Johnstown. Thank you, Eric, Samantha, and Brad for the wonderful experience! More
