Eric Deitke met me in the lot; he was VERY friendly, personable, informative & professional & never pushy! (The other 2 dealerships that I went to that day, were either closed already, or I was greeted by a salesman that was visually not professional or interested in selling a car!) So, I was completely relieved by my experience at Thomas Team Honda!!! Eric was very informative of EVERYTHING about the car, offered a test drive & never made me feel ackward. As we waited for approval, Eric made sure that my son & I were completely comfortable, offered us drinks & kept me company as I anxiously awaited "the word"!! Eric introduced me to Brad Cobaugh/business manager, who also was very polite, friendly & professional! I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! It was clean, modern & very friendly! Look for Eric Deitke...he is a fabulous saleman!! He answered all my questions, was extremely informative of all models of cars & spoke to you as a person, not a potential sale! They filled my tank, cleaned the car, Eric went over everything inside & out & handed me the keys to my new car!! He assured me that if I had ANY questions or concerns, to please feel free to call or stop by! I LOVE MY HONDA FIT!! It's everything I wanted & couldn't be happier that my "last stop" of the day, was well worth it!! THANK-YOU ERIC! You are a great asset to this company & I wish you many profitable years!! purchased a used Accord "07" , car very clean ,looked as new ! It is a certified Honda ,so everythng is as it should be !! All the staff was friendly & professional, no high pressure sales ,etc... bought a used truck from Thomas(Bedford) & had an emission problem right away but didn't get back to the shop till after the 30 day warranty ran out ..But they fixed it -- No charge !! didn't have to but did !! I was extremely informed in purchasing a used Jeep from Thomas Honda. I had been looking at other used cars in the area including 2 other local places in Beaverdale and Johnstown. I went into the other dealership in Beaverdale and the sales people acted as though they could care less if I bought a car from them, they did not follow up with me and didn't even want to bother addressing anything wrong with the car sitting on their lot. I went to Thomas Honda afterwards and I was AMAZED by the difference. The sales person had emailed me the car ahead of time, offered their personal honest experiences with the cars and went above and beyond what I expected several times throughout the process. One of the salesman, Roy, even personally went down to a bank on his own time to talk to the woman there they work with about getting me a better rate. Samantha did a wonderful job following up and making the deal work for me in every regard. And Roger stayed after closing hours to make sure I could pick up my vehicle when it was convenient for me. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this dealership from the moment I emailed about the vehicle to the moment I drove off the lot with it. (Who has the ability to say they are truly 100% satisfied with a car dealer?) I feel like I got a great deal and they made it easy. 150% recommend Thomas Honda, in a couple of years when I pay this vehicle off I will be returning to Thomas to purchase again, and I have already convinced my mother to buy there. I am really impressed with their service department! They will always fix the problem the first time. They will never try to recommend unnecessary repairs and are totally honest with what the problem is and what is required to fix it. It is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. We had a small service issue with one of the vehicles and Rich arranged to have our vehicle picked up, serviced, and delivered back to us in the same day. We were very pleased with both the sales and service experiences. We love the cars too. We love all the amenities in the Honda Odyssey Touring Edition. It's a great vehicle. I'm also enjoying driving my Dodge Caliber (I love a stick shift). Great overall experience with this dealer. More
