Very Sad Experience Our salesman Kyle did a good job. The sales manager Ryan blew the deal. We look at a vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and was given a price. I told them I would call the next day and tell them what we would do. I called and told them we wanted the car and would be in Thursday afternoon to finalize things. I returned as I said I would and sales manager Ryan would not honor the price he had previously given to me. I don't understand how they expect to sell cars by treating customers that way. It didn't make me mad, it made me sad that folks can't be honest. My counsel would be... if they make you an offer... get it signed. Watch their numbers carefully. More

Helpful My salesman took the extra time during my visit to explain and work out details about my purchase. He even came in on his off day to finalize papers. I did get almost top dollar for my trade in. I agreed even though the car should have been traded a little higher. Was at another Nissan dealership in Hermitage Pa and they neglected to tell me about the incentives that were offered. So instead of buying a car 2 miles from my house I drove 30 miles and found the environment to be more honest. Hence I purchased from Boardman Nissan. More

DISHONEST & BAD BUSINESS. I was put in touch with James"Too Tall"Chismark II and he sent me pics on my phone and gave me an honest rundown on the car. I made the trip down to Ohio after work, James was waiting for me, which was nice to be treated in a special way. He had the car in the garage so I could see it,and than test drive it. He gave me an honest answer on how they received the car. I liked the fact that they are a younger group that wants to sell cars and not up for just screwing someone. I would look again here on my next car or tell others about it without hesitation. Tony, who did my Loan, was also great to deal with and made a smooth process. More

Courtesy and respect blended with a true desire to serve the customer were evident with the salesman Tony and the manager Chris. They worked extra hard to get me a fair price for the car I wanted along with a reasonable interest rate. It is apparent that Boardman Nissan does not encourage high pressure sales just heartfelt customer service. When you have a great product like they do all you need to do is help the customer figure out which one is best for them and then work through the details together. Boardman has the model for other dealers to follow. I will go back soon. More
