We are sorry that this client has an issue with their tires The client stopped by a couple of Saturdays ago to have our service department review tire wear. Our representative walked outside to exam the tires on a Juke. The centers of the tires were below factory recommended levels. Our service advisors carry a card to measure tire tread depth. The client asked why the tires would wear with this pattern. Our service advisor responded that over inflation most likely would be the cause. This client has never been to or used our Service department at Boardman Nissan. Our techs review every vehicle that comes into our service department, but if a vehicle is not inspected. We can not help solve any issue/s that come up. Tires should be rotated at manufactures recommended intervals. All Nissan Nismo vehicles have performance tires. Again, we are sorry that the tired only lasted 16k miles.

Wow, way to try and save face with more lies. At no point did your representative measure my tires depth with a card, let alone he didn't even come close enough to the vehicle to see the trend depth. When I purchased the vehicle I was never told the car came with performance tires that only last 16 thousand miles, which the tire manufacture told me it was the dealership responsibility to inform me of this. This fact was not listed on any of the paperwork that came with the car or in my manual I given. (Oh the manual I had to continuously ask for and didn't receive until two week after I purchased the vehicle.) Despite the fact I wasn't properly informed about the tires, I am mostly upset with how I was treated by Boardman Nissan. I went there with concerns that something was wrong with my vehicle. I travel for work and was afraid for my safety and for the safety of others. Boardman Nissan showed zero concern. Instead of being honest with me and trying to insuring me there was nothing to be worried about, that the vehicle they sold me was safe and functioning properly, they were more concern with getting their guys paid. To even further how terrible Boardman Nissan is at customer service, the service guy was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Made me so uncomfortable I couldn't leave any faster. My brother called to talk to the manager and he was also not treated very well. After posting my initial review, Boardman Nissan had my saleman call me repeatedly to remove my review from this site. Just keep that in mind when reviewing all of their "Positive Review".

We appreciate feedback from our customers. We apologize for the amount of gas that was provided for this customer. We have offered to provide gas, when the client is back in the area. When we complete transactions with customers there are many factors that someone may not understand. If we take a 9 year old vehicle in trade, the majority of the time we will have to do serious reconditioning work. The reconditioning costs to bring this truck up to safe and reliable standards, which is 50% life left on the brakes, tires, and rotors and is in sound mechanical working condition would have cost 4300.00. We are more than happy to provide a copy of the repair order to review. In addition, this vehicle had rust on the body and hail damage, that would have cost in excess of 2000.00 to repair. So if we take the 8500 + 4300 +2000 = 14800, had we completed all the repairs our profit margin would have been 100.00. Also, we offered to sell the truck back to the customer. We did not get a response. We ended up selling the vehicle at the auction. In order to appraise a customers vehicle we have to be able to walk around it, and take it for a quick test drive in order to give an accurate figure. We also price all of our used cars based on market conditions. We are happy to provide customers information about like cars they are considering in the market with pricing. We have tools that show us all the vehicles that are advertised online with all of there information. People do not drive an hour to our location and find us online unless our vehicles are not priced to sell. In conclusion, we are more than happy to provide our customers with all the information they need to make the best decision for their families. The information that can be provided includes Carfax, Autocheck, copy of the repair order, vehicle history, competitive pricing and more. We are not going anywhere and we take the best possible care of our customers.
