My 2012 Juke has been experiencing a terribly annoying and distracting clicking noise, coming from either the dash or glove box region of the passenger side. I have taken my car in to have this repaired and distracting clicking noise, coming from either the dash or glove box region of the passenger side. I have taken my car in to have this repaired at Boardman Nissan no less than six times. Six times I have been told that the problem had been solved, and six times I have been lied to, as the problem persists, and actually has gotten progressively worse. It has gotten to the point that I hate driving my car and regret the purchase altogether. Not only that, but I am offended by the number of times that I have been told that this problem has been solved while little to nothing seems to have actually been done to stop the noise. I was told by the mechanic that he is paid by the hour, so it seems as if no one is taking the problem seriously or putting much effort into solving this. Yesterday, I took my car in yet again, and was given a rental while my car was repaired. Today I was happy to hear that it had finally been fixed, but I was lied to yet again. I have been patient and understanding for six visits, but my patience has reached it's limit. In addition to their failure to solve this problem or be honest about their inability to do so, a half a tank of gas was used in my car in the day that they had it. I returned the rental with a full tank, and was unaware that I had only dropped my car off for someone to take joyriding. If the repairs had actually been completed, I wouldn't have minded, but it is absurd that my car was driven that much while the repairs were still not made. I now have another appointment in the morning, and no faith that anything will be resolved in this visit either. I don't know if the problem lies in the incompetence of the service department, or if they just enjoy wasting my time. This has gone on for entirely too long, and I've lost all hope that anything will be done beyond my time being wasted to no end. More
I had actually good experience with these guys. My new rogue was making a very load noise. I could not miss work so I drove to work. Called the dealership talked to a manager, Chris about my problem told him I could not leave the hospital and needed t miss work so I drove to work. Called the dealership talked to a manager, Chris about my problem told him I could not leave the hospital and needed to get my mom to the doctor's right after work.. They sent someone to the hospital to exchange the car with a loaner and serviced the car. As I was leaving the hospital to pick up my mom I was having trouble with the loaner. Called to Nissan to talk to Richard who sold me my Rogue and has helped me NUMEROUS times with excellence!!!!! Helped me out AGAIN and I was on my way. They found the problem with my car, stone stuck between rotor and break pad. Picked up my car, dropped of loaner and thanked them for their help THANK YOU boardman Nissan for helping stay at the hospital and getting my mom to the doctor's. I certainly hope this excellent service will continue as I have owned Nissan vehicles for a very long time. More

From start to finish, I had another great experience at Boardman Nissan. I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from them a few years ago and received great service (and a great car). I returned to purchase a new Nissan and received top-notch service and a super-friendly staff. I never felt hassled or pressured at Boardman Nissan as I have often felt when visting other dealers. Great experience overall - I love my new Nissan Altima! More

Stopped in 3 weeks ago, looking at the used Corollas Boardman Nissan had advertised. The sales rep did not have the prices handy so he went in and came back with the sales manager. I had a few questions as some of the Corollas had scratches, dents, etc..Nothing major but some very noticeable. We talked price for a moment, then he asked me for my email address and promised to send me pricing info on the 3-4 corollas on the lot. No email came. Stopped back the next day, spoke to the sales manager again, told him he never responded. He then asked me "did you write the email address down or did I write it down....what time were you here....maybe it got lost...etc". anyhow I told him I was still interested but explained that ALL the Toyotas were dinged up, would the dealership fix these if I bought a car? He then stated " so you looked at every one and didn't find ONE you liked? I told him "no, not the point, you never answered my question...would the dents/scratches be fixed?" He then asked which one I wanted to drive....never did answer the question. Drove down 224 and bought a civic at the Honda Store. Very unusual experience. Won't go back. Most of the posts here were positive so maybe I caught him on a bad hair day. More
Was just car shopping did not intend to buy today. Very friendly and courteous. Gave us a lease deal within our budget. Will recommend to all we know. I drove approximately 50 miles to this dealership because of the bad treatment I received at Montrose, Hermitage (PA) Nissan. My previous car was a Nissan Sentra which served me very well and I knew I wante of the bad treatment I received at Montrose, Hermitage (PA) Nissan. My previous car was a Nissan Sentra which served me very well and I knew I wanted to stay with Nissan but because of the customer service at Montrose, did not want to give them my business. Upon walking onto the parking lot, Richard approached us immediately, but not in a hounding way; he was friendly. I explained to him exactly what I wanted (I test drove the Versa in Hermitage) and I told him pointedly that my experience at another dealership was very bad. We test drove the same car and he was extremely kind to both my mother and me. He also worked with me very well to get what I considered a fair trade-in price on my 05 Nissan Sentra. The dealership did not have the color of the Versa I wanted in stock, so he found a dealership that did to ensure I received the car I wanted. He was extremely informative about the "pit-stop" to check up on my car in a month. I really could not say enough nice things about him, he made the experience pleasurable. After my poor experience with Montrose, I considered buying a Toyota Scion at the dealership in Hermitage because I was so turned off by the Nissan personnel in Hermitage. I was really considering buying a car I did not really want so I am extremely grateful that I made the drive to Boardman and that Richard was such an outstanding sales associate. More
