I drove approximately 50 miles to this dealership because of the bad treatment I received at Montrose, Hermitage (PA) Nissan. My previous car was a Nissan Sentra which served me very well and I knew I wante of the bad treatment I received at Montrose, Hermitage (PA) Nissan. My previous car was a Nissan Sentra which served me very well and I knew I wanted to stay with Nissan but because of the customer service at Montrose, did not want to give them my business. Upon walking onto the parking lot, Richard approached us immediately, but not in a hounding way; he was friendly. I explained to him exactly what I wanted (I test drove the Versa in Hermitage) and I told him pointedly that my experience at another dealership was very bad. We test drove the same car and he was extremely kind to both my mother and me. He also worked with me very well to get what I considered a fair trade-in price on my 05 Nissan Sentra. The dealership did not have the color of the Versa I wanted in stock, so he found a dealership that did to ensure I received the car I wanted. He was extremely informative about the "pit-stop" to check up on my car in a month. I really could not say enough nice things about him, he made the experience pleasurable. After my poor experience with Montrose, I considered buying a Toyota Scion at the dealership in Hermitage because I was so turned off by the Nissan personnel in Hermitage. I was really considering buying a car I did not really want so I am extremely grateful that I made the drive to Boardman and that Richard was such an outstanding sales associate. More

We walked in tired and angry. We were introduced to Craig who immediately calmed us down by listening and focusing on our needs for a lease. As an emergency measure during our return trip home to Virginia from Detroit, we stopped at Boardman Nissan in Youngstown, Ohio to have them check out our car. We arrived in the late afternoon, they took us right in, adjusted the wheels, and sent us on our way. We had an uneventful trip home. We really appreciate the staff at Boardman - they were courteous, helpful, and timely. More
After seeing a 2012 Nissan Frontier on autotrader.com, in the exact color and option package we had hoped for, my wife and I decided to look at this trunk at Boardman Nissan. We were greeted by Michael, who showed us the truck and accompanied my wife on a test drive (she's the truck driver at our house). Our trade was evaluated, and we were able to discuss the details of the deal. The truck was 9 months old, and we were concerned about some paint chips at one of the wheel wells. Mike assured me they would take care of this, and we committed to the purchase if they were fixed to our satisfaction. To make a long story short, Wes, the sales manager made sure the repair was made to our satisfaction, and we bought the truck. The experience was great for several reasons. Mike and Wes were pleasant without a lot of pressure. The repair was made to our satisfaction. The price on the truck was great, saving us about $10,000 over a similar new truck. Their finance person found us financing that saved a full percentage point over what our bank had offered. Best yet, they took care of titling and registering our truck in Pennsylvania, saving us a lot of time and aggravation. Best of all my wife is thrilled with our truck, and I'm sure most men understand how important that is! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Boardman Nissan, and would recommend this dealership to others. More
I think we really lucked out when Rex opened the door for us to go in the dealership. He was so accommodating, he went out of way to show us anything we wanted. The first day we were there for over 3 hours, us to go in the dealership. He was so accommodating, he went out of way to show us anything we wanted. The first day we were there for over 3 hours, drove 2 vehicles on long test drives.We went back the next day and drove a completely different vehicle. We were there another 4 hours before we found what we wanted. Rex always was smiling and happy. We had to go back to the dealer a couple of days later for help with some of the features on the vehicle. Rex was busy but two other salesman came out to help us in freezing cold temperatures. Both were extremely helpful and very pleasant. More
