1and2 was freaking awesome Everywhere i went prior to 1and2 i was told for an SUV i would need a minimum of at least $5000. I went in with only $3000 wanting an SUV and Walked o Everywhere i went prior to 1and2 i was told for an SUV i would need a minimum of at least $5000. I went in with only $3000 wanting an SUV and Walked out with an beautiful Ford Explorer with NO DAMAGE. Its been 5months now and it still runs great. The complete cost was $2900+tags which added up to about $3500. i was suppose to come back 2wks later with the remaining $500 but got laid off only three days after purchasing car. I was told that this dealership was extremely strict and wouldn't work with late payments. That the next day after a due date they would tow it if not paid in full. But when i went in and talked to Paul he was very understanding and didnt give me a hard time at all. Infact he let me pay as I could $100 here, $150 there, over the next 2months until the 500 was paid. Great place. Def. recommend More

So when I save up again I will be calling Paul my sales guy to let him put me in another great automobile. More

Dishonest auto dealer Bought a car from this dealer. No payment receipt or copy of contract were issued their reason being system failure. They let me drive out of the yard and told me i will pay the remaining tax when i get situated. As soon as i drove in the highway the car began to shake and I got pulled over because one headlamp was not working which I wasn't aware of although they told me its 100% working. When you call them they don't answer the phone. A month later they towed my car. No warning letter and still no copies of signed contract or payment receipt. Whenever i ask for copies of receipts/contract, they tell me they can't because their system is down and they cant give me hard copies cause secretary is not available and she is the only one who has access to the file. I called the secretary and she told me she has to look for the file cause she cant find it. She never called me back about the file.What is all this? Sales people were mean and rude. They act nice when they sell a car to you, but as soon as they get the money and you complain to them about the car, their attitude begin to change. I am taking the case further. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. They are crooks, dishonest and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!! More
