I bought and paid off a vehicle with these people many years ago so I returned to buy another but this time was the absolute worst experience in my life! They lie when they say 1 cent down because I put $ years ago so I returned to buy another but this time was the absolute worst experience in my life! They lie when they say 1 cent down because I put $500 down on a 2010 Chevrolet Impala that turned out to have nothing but mechanical issues from the beginning. The bumper caught on fire so I brought it back and they fixed the muffler but never fixed the burnt bumper. Then the electrical on this car kept failing which was a constant problem. They kept my car for over a month to make necessary repairs and gave me the dirtiest car to drive while they took their sweet time repairing it! After I picked up my car, months later they sent me a $1800 bill when it should have been covered under the warranty. I did not approve this $1800 bill so they illegally charged me! Then while doing a simple oil change the mechanic there said the bottom was so rusted that the frame could fall apart at anytime. When I told their manager Jess Jacks about this she said she would call her manager which I never received a phone call from. I continued making my payments, consulted with an attorney, and contacted the owner. No one cared! I tried many times to work this out with them but they couldn't care less. Last the transmission blew which was going to cost me $5000 to fix so with me still owing $9000 to pay this piece of crap off I decided to return this car to them. You never need a car bad enough to buy from these people! Go see Eddie at Benchmark or Paramount Kia who helped me into a brand new car. This place is a dirty little scam shop who care nothing about their customers. I am waiting for them to put something bad on my credit and then I will go to court and sue them for all of the damages and wasted money that they caused me. More

Don't do it! ! Run!! They'll gladly sell you a vehicle with a smile & a warranty but you'll CONSTANTLY be using that warranty. I've had mine less than a year & hav ! Run!!
