He would bring me snacks, be open about which car best suited my needs and wants and would make sure I'm comfortable at 21st century auto group as if it were another home. When I had to have paperwork done he would bring me to a lounge that is empty and let me just relax and watch Netflix on my phone. The my manager, Lilia, was exceptionally nice as well and would make sure every step of the process was nice and smooth. Overall I'm very happy with my time at 21st century group and I love the product so far! More
