Classic bait and switch They did the classic bait and switch. I drove 111 miles from Pa. to purchase a 2013 Mercedes from 21st Century Auto Group. I verified two hours prior They did the classic bait and switch. I drove 111 miles from Pa. to purchase a 2013 Mercedes from 21st Century Auto Group. I verified two hours prior to arrival that the vehicle was there. Upon arrival the sales associate Eric stated the vehicle was not there. He wanted to sell me another vehicle that was more expensive. This place is a joke. No one cared it appeared to be business as usual. I hope people get to read this and heed my warning. Do not shop here for your vehicle. Oh the place is smaller then it looks like on the website. WHAT A JOKE!!! More
